The Laredo Job Corps students under the supervision of CPP Instructor, Claudia Cantu and Ruby Ramirez, CTS Coordinator worked hard at this year’s Navidad en el Barrio.Navidad en el Barrio is a program brought to life in 1987 by a Laredoan in Houston who vowed to help under privileged children. It’s an event many Laredoans look forward to each year. Hundreds of children filled the streets of one downtown Laredo neighborhood for the annual Navidad en el Barrio.
