March 30^th, 2016 Deron Fleeton, Recruiter with Xerox Corporation Raleigh, North Carolina, Held an Employment Workshop for center students. During the workshop, he spoke to them about the position they were hiring for, such as the job title, requirements for the position, pay, hours and the hiring process. He also was able to speak with the students individually to see what their goals were and what they want to do in life. He concluded their one-on-ones with a prescreen interview asking them a series of questions about their past experiences with employment and going over what they can expect in the job on a day to day bases. There is four locations where Xerox has sites, such as Cary, Henderson and two locations in Raleigh, NC.
