ProStart Culinary Competition – AT Students Welcome the team to RI

The Exeter Job Corps Academy Advanced Culinary Arts students and their Chef Mark Bennison joined RI Hospitality President/CEO Dale Venturini, Ms.. Heather Singleton, Chief Operating Officer of RIHA & Bahjat Shariff, CEO of Howley Bread Group and RI Hospitality Association Board Chair in welcoming the 2018 ProStart Advanced team to RI.  Ms. Monica Miller and Ms. Mallory Domingue are part of the Competition Advance team from the National Restaurant Association and they came to RI to review sites for the 2018 ProStart Competition.  The Exeter Advanced Culinary students are three time competitors in the National competition and students have won over $300,000 in scholarship money in the past 5 years.
