On Sunday, October 18th, 2015 Brooklyn Job Corps participated in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk held in New York’s historic Central Park. There, over 40 students gathered to brave the early morning temperature and show their support for the cause. Our team was joined by a number of organizations and individuals in NYC who likewise set aside their time for a health issue that affects women of all walks of life. To the women who are our mothers, aunts, sisters, daughters and friends, we wish you a healthy life and show you love….. THE BROOKLYN WAY!
